    The five phases of document processing

    Nowadays Enterprise Content Management is so much more than "Archiving". Rather, an ECM system accompanies your documents, videos, photos, etc. from their receipt or creation to their final archiving. It enables your users to access documents at any place and at any time and with any end device.

    Document Management (DMS)

    Efficient document management (DMS) involves much more than just storing documents in a file system. In a DMS, your data is managed in a structured manner, provided with metadata, versioned and routed through your processes in a targeted manner. Editing in the process and versioning make it possible to track the current status of a transaction or document at any time. Our document management solutions also offer you the advantage of being able to display the documents you need at any place and on any device at any time.

    Data archiving

    The audit-proof and GDPR-compliant storage and archiving of documents requires an archiving infrastructure that meets these requirements. Inalterability, retention period and the secure deletion of data are topics that a modern archive must map.     Intelligent Capture

    Today, digitizing analog content involves much more than simply scanning documents. Rather, the most diverse input channels (mail, paper, file systems, DMS...) are now processed by capturing tools in order to analyze and process the incoming documents. The software recognizes, for example, the type of document and automatically applies rules to extract the required metadata from the content. After such "pre-processing," the recognized documents can be routed directly to the appropriate processes, where they can be further processed either with or without the interaction of an employee.
